The Starting Over Program
Starting Over is an 11-session recovery journey rooted in the Beatitudes. It reframes addiction, struggle, and self-destruction not as moral failure, but as an invitation to transformation.
Guided by nine Keys, the program unfolds like building a new home: clearing out the old (Reawakening), laying a foundation (Reinventing), filling it with life (Reinvesting), and protecting what you’ve built (Revival). This home is your new life—one you choose.

Why the Keys Matter
The first two Keys, Poverty and Sadness, help us confront the past. The final two, Disconnect and Resolve, strengthen our future. But it’s the five Keys in between that define the heart of this program: they celebrate the person you are becoming—an addict who chooses not to use.
