A Different Approach

Based in Manchester, NH, Starting Over is a structured, facilitator-led recovery curriculum designed for use in treatment centers, detox facilities, sober living homes, and correctional programs. 

Through 11 guided sessions rooted in the Beatitudes, participants rebuild identity, develop clarity, and begin shaping a life beyond addiction.

Unlike approaches that rely on guilt, reprogramming, or sheer self-discipline, Starting Over offers a path forward rooted in personal worth, community, and authentic transformation.
